In the late 1800s, the Seventh-day Adventist message reached Scotland, sparking the formation of small groups of believers. Edinburgh became a focal point, with a mission to share the hope of Christ’s return.
By the mid-20th century, Edinburgh’s Adventist church grew into a vibrant community, welcoming people from diverse backgrounds to Worship, outreach, and fellowship with.

The Sabbath, observed from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, is a sacred day of rest and worship, instituted by God as a memorial of Creation. Seventh-day Adventists honor the Sabbath by engaging in joyful communion with God and others, reflecting on His creative and redemptive acts. Seventh-day Adventists believe in Christ’s second coming, the final judgment, and the restoration of the Earth. The millennium will see Christ reigning with His saints, culmination in the eradication of sin. The New Earth promises eternal life, joy, and communion with God.
